Larry Gilson, PE — PresidentMr. Larry Gilson is the President of Gilson Engineering Inc. He is experienced in virtually all aspect of the construction industry and roadway design. He is qualified in the fields of master planning and development, roadway design and analysis, storm water management plans and water system modeling, source protection and management plans, utility, water and wastewater design, environmental studies, grant preparation, cost estimates, manpower projections, SID experience and RDA experience.

Brad is the City Engineer for Cottonwood Heights City. He plans, monitors and controls the design and conduct of complex and large-scale engineering studies and projects. He develops and controls related budgets, prepares state and federal grant applications, prepares construction contracts and conducts presentations for obtaining construction funds. He inspects works in progress and completed projects to assure performance complies with contracts and city, state and federal specifications and regulations. Brad performs complex planning, design and project management and budget and plan development control. He makes presentations and represents the city on large-scale projects and complex engineering reviews. He conducts plan design and reviews.

Angie has worked at Gilson Engineering for three years. She has worked on the survey crew, designed countless projects
for the design department and worked on the IQF team for SR-77 doing document control.
She also has had training in financial accounting, managerial accounting, corporate finance,
operations management, information resource management, strategic management and managerial marketing.

Josh possesses over 10 years experience in Utah. He has been a Professional Land Surveyor and has completed hundreds of surveys in Utah. He is very familiar with local control networks and the issues associated with seasonal survey challenges. The majority of his project experience includes construction staking, topo graphic surveys, boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, subdivisions, lot line adjustments, water rights and elevation certificate surveys. His experience, understanding and attention to detail leads to cost savings by promoting correct construction and eliminated extra trips correct work.

Adam is experienced in assisting agencies with the multiplicity of issues and challenges faced when planning, designing, and constructing their water, sewer, irrigation, storm drainage, transportation, and other infrastructure systems. This experience covers everything from simple main line extensions to rehabilitation projects in complex urban environments. He also provide unique experience related to policy creation and implementation, including drafting new ordinances and preparing standard drawings and specifications. He has experience with oversight of city sewer and water operations and maintenance activities. He understands the needs of a public agency, including the non-technical public and political demands that face an agency on a daily basis. He have adequate staff and resources readily available, and recognize all projects have unique and diverse demands. He is committed to providing our most qualified personnel to each project assignment, and stand ready to provide the best combination of design professionals for each project assignment.

Jeremy is a Senior Project Representative and is responsible for managing one of our largest clients, the City of Saratoga
Springs. Gilson Engineering provides a variety of consulting services for the city including the preparation of reports,
specifications, plans, and designs for capital projects. Jeremy brings an intrinsic knowledge of roads, pipelines, irrigation
systems, transportation, wastewater systems, and site development to the table that is invaluable to our municipal clients.
He has handled various critical and challenging projects from design stage to implementation stage and ensures that the projects
gets implemented as per specification in stipulated time with quality.
As the engineering consultant for Saratoga Springs, Jeremy is also involved in providing design review services to ensure plan
conformance to city and state specifications while enforcing construction and safety standards. He has been personally involved
with numerous residential, commercial and industrial projects giving him an in-depth understanding on all areas in design and
drafting. Perhaps most importantly, Jeremy is noted for his proficient communication and people skills that enable him to work
easily with both developers and city staff even under high pressure situations.

Doug oversees the GIS implementation of all Master Planned, designed data and as-constructed facilities. Oversees the GIS implementation of all Master Planned, designed data and as-constructed facilities. He specializes infrastructure management systems, storm water management GIS, utility GIS and geodatabase development. Doug works closely with our engineering and planner to provide our clients with a full range of intelligent mapping capabilities and solutions using modern GIS technology. He works with road inventors to analyses of groundwater evaluations and environmental studies. He uses GIS to help our clients make informed decision based on the best available data in order to maximize our clients return on their investment.

Jim oversees individual project design calculations and corresponds with the design department. He has worked on the design
of culinary water-related infrastructure for the cities of Saratoga Springs, Bluffdale, Clearfield, Riverton, Spanish Fork,
Draper, North Salt Lake and Midvale.
He specializes in commercial and industrial developments, flood plain and stream hydraulics as well as storm water detention
and retention facilities. Experience has gained Jim familiarity with the permitting processes and Corps of Engineering and
state regulations.

Jerry is an experienced Civil Designer with 48 years of experience. He has designed culinary water and pressure irrigation systems. He has designed over 10,000 manholes and 2.7 million feet of pipe line for Salt Lake County Sewer improvement districts. He has extensive experience in wastewater/sanitary sewer systems, storm water systems, street improvement projects, building design and park and recreation facilities. He is the technical specifications writer for all phases of work throughout Gilson Engineering and has had 19 years experience in civil engineering project management, design and construction management.
